A non refundable booking deposit of £100 or $150 per week is required at the time of booking our home. We accept US & UK cheques. A bankers check can be sent to our manager in Florida. Cheques should be made payable to J & C Purcell. We will reply to confirm your booking as soon as possible. The balance is due no later than 8 weeks before departure. We also require a security deposit if there are any major breakages or damages of £100 ( payable with the balance ). The security deposit is returned to you when you arrive back from your vacation and after we have spoken to our manager in Florida. If you require electric pool heat for the winter months ( recommended October to April ) the rate is $100 weekly payable to our manager in Florida.

Please advise and we can arrange to have the pool heat switched on for your arrival. We have a keyless number pad on the front door ( no messing around with keys when you arrive) We will issue you with a 4 digit number when the balance is payed. This number will be used for the length of stay in the villa. The number changes with each new guest. Our luxury villa with many upgrades is looked after by our manager who is on hand 24 hours a day to deal with any queries about our home or it's facilities. To allow cleaning of the villa arrival time is after 4. 00pm. with departure by 11. 00am, on you last day ( alternative arrangements may be possible on request ) Please note our villa is strictly NON smoking and smoking is encouraged outside at the pool area. We are very proud of our beautifully furnished home and we know you will love it too.
